Q: My video is not playing. What should I do?

A: When using the WZCFI program, please make sure your WZCFI Preparation Course CD is in your CD-ROM drive at all times. If your CD is in your drive, your CD drive letter setting may not have been chosen, or may be incorrect. To choose or change your CD drive letter setting, click here.
